What we collect
MyRoleTrack collects your email address for authentication and the application data you choose to save, including company names, roles, notes, deadlines, and workflow details. If you upload a resume or paste a job description, that content is also stored so the product can power AI features and keep your workspace in sync.
How we use it
We use your information to run the product, organize your application history, generate AI outputs you request, and support reminders or account management flows. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
- Anthropic Claude — AI resume, match, cover letter, and prep features
- Stripe — billing and subscription payments
- Resend — authentication and reminder emails
- Vercel — application hosting and runtime infrastructure
Data retention
Your information stays in your account until you delete it or request account removal. Individual applications can be deleted inside the dashboard at any time.
Security
MyRoleTrack uses HTTPS, time-limited authentication flows, and HTTP-only session cookies. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your stored information.
