Use of the service

MyRoleTrack is a personal job search workspace. You may not use it to store illegal content, abuse the AI tools, interfere with other accounts, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

Free and Pro plans

These terms cover the MyRoleTrack website and the MyRoleTrack iPhone app, which share one account. Free accounts may track up to 5 applications and use the AI match score. MyRoleTrack Pro ($9.99 per month, or the local equivalent) unlocks unlimited applications, every AI tool, AI Picks, market insights, analytics trends, exports and cleared and federal tracking.

Subscriptions and billing

• On iPhone, Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
• On the website, Pro is billed by Stripe and renews monthly until you cancel in the billing portal.
• Pro bought on one is available on both, under the same account.

iPhone app

Your use of the iPhone app is also governed byApple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

Your account

You can delete your account and its data at any time in the iPhone app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us from your account email address. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID settings.

AI output

AI-generated content is provided for informational assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing resumes, cover letters, and any generated text before sending it to employers.

Service availability

We aim to keep MyRoleTrack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect uptime, or any employment outcome from using the product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyRoleTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
